Why I’m Not A Cessationist (Part 1)

A great many Evangelicals who are Presbyterian believe the Westminster Confession to be a Cessationist document, even though it clearly isn’t.  

WCF 5.3 - 3. God, in his ordinary providence, maketh use of means,a yet is free to work without,babove,c and against them,d at his pleasure.
